Where do I go to rent a storage unit?
Please come to our main office located at the WEST location- 1872 County Road 7, Clearview (also known as 45th Street South Wasaga Beach) to do paperwork for all 3 of our locations. (1 km south of the Superstore and Canadian Tire)
What are your sizes and what can they hold?
5x5-25 sq/ft - about the size of a small closet. Can hold for example: dresser, chair, filing cabinet OR winter tires and other small seasonal equipment
5x10- 50 sq/ft- can hold mattress set, dresser, several boxes, small items
10x10- 100 sq/ft - can hold contents of 1 Bedroom Apt including fridge and stove, OR 2 sm office suites, OR about 200 file boxes
10x15- 150sq/ft- can hold contents of 2 bedroom House no appliances
10x20- 200 sq/ft- can hold contents of 2 Bedroom House including including appliances with many boxes, OR a car or small boat, OR construction equipment.
How high are the ceilings?
8' high and some 10x20's have 14' peaked roofs- please call the office for availability of these 10x20s with the 14' peaked roof.
How wide are the doors?
They range from 3' (on 5x5 and 5x10) to 8' (on 10x10 and 10x20)
What is your minimum rental period?
1 month minimum.
How much notice is required when I want to vacate my unit?
10 days notice is required.
Do your prices include HST?
Yes
Do I need to buy a lock?
No, we provide a disc lock on the unit. (must be returned when vacating)
Do you have climate controlled units (heated/air conditioned)?
Sorry, we don't offer climate controlled at this time.
Do you offer outdoor storage (RV's, trailers, boats)?
Yes, at East Wasaga location only.
When can I access my unit?
24 Hours/7 days a week.

What types of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit, cash, money order. Monthly payments must be set up for automatic withdrawal from your CREDIT CARD(not Visa Debit).
When is my payment due?
On or before the 1st of each month.
What happens if I move in mid-month?
Your payment for that month will be pro-rated. For example, if you move in on the 17th of Sept, you would only be charged from the 17th to 30th (14 days). Then on October 1st- full months payment will be due.
What kind of documentation is required to rent a unit?
A valid Credit Card (not Visa Debit) and Driver's Licence.
What kind of documentation is required to store my trailer/RV/motorhome in outdoor storage?
A valid Credit Card (not Visa Debit) and Driver's Licence, as well as proof of insurance and registration for the item being stored.
Do you require a security deposit or last months rent?
No
Do you charge late fees?
Rent payments are due on the 1st of each month.
NSF Cheque $20.00
Failure to pay on due date (first of each month) will result in:
1st LATE FEE -$10.00 late fee if payment received after the 10th
2nd LATE FEE -$15.00 late fee (in addition to 1st LATE FEE) if payment received after the 15th
3rd LATE FEE/LIEN FEE -$25.00 (in addition to 1st and 2nd LATE FEE) if received after the 30th
The contents stored in the leased space may be sold to satisfy the lien if customer remains in default for 30 days or more. Written notice will be sent to address on file. Failure to update contact information may result in loss of contents.
PLEASE NOTE:, the unit will be double locked after the 2nd day and access will be denied. Full payment is required to eliminate double locking.
